1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the website operated by RR INNOVATIONS LLC (“Platform”), you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, you must not use the Platform.

These Terms apply to all users, including Sellers, Buyers, registered members, and Visitors.

2. Nature of the Platform

The Platform operates solely as an online business directory and marketplace connecting Sellers and Buyers within the animal feed industry.

RR INNOVATIONS LLC does not manufacture, distribute, broker, warehouse, inspect, or transport any products listed.

All transactions occur directly between Sellers and Buyers.

3. No Agency Relationship

Nothing in these Terms creates a partnership, joint venture, employment, or agency relationship between RR INNOVATIONS LLC and any Seller or Buyer.

4. Business Listings

Sellers are solely responsible for the accuracy and legality of their listings.

The Platform may edit, reject, suspend, or remove listings at its discretion.

4A. Verification & Verified Business Badge

The Platform may offer a “Verified Business” badge to Sellers who submit documentation.

Verification means documents were reviewed for completeness. It does NOT constitute:

RR INNOVATIONS LLC is not a regulatory authority. Sellers remain solely responsible for compliance with all applicable laws.

Buyers and Visitors must conduct their own independent due diligence.

4B. Verification Renewal & Ongoing Compliance

Verification status is valid for a limited period and may require periodic renewal.

Sellers agree to promptly notify RR INNOVATIONS LLC of any changes to their legal status, licensing, regulatory standing, ownership, or submitted documentation.

Failure to provide updated documentation may result in suspension or removal of Verified status or listing access.

RR INNOVATIONS LLC reserves the right to request updated documentation at any time.

4C. Document Submission & Storage

Sellers may submit documents for verification purposes. By submitting documents, the Seller grants RR INNOVATIONS LLC permission to store, review, and use such documents solely for verification and compliance purposes.

The Platform implements reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to protect submitted documents; however, no method of electronic storage is completely secure.

RR INNOVATIONS LLC does not guarantee authenticity of submitted documents beyond reasonable review and is not responsible for falsified, expired, or altered documentation.

Sellers are responsible for ensuring all submitted documents remain accurate and up to date.

5. Regulatory & Product Disclaimer

RR INNOVATIONS LLC is not responsible for product quality, contamination, mislabeling, safety compliance, regulatory violations, or damages arising from products listed on the Platform.

6. Membership Plans & Paid Services

Certain services require payment. Access is granted upon approval of payment.

Features and pricing may change for future purchases.

7. No Refund Policy

12. Dispute Resolution & Arbitration

Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to the use of the Platform, these Terms, or any interaction between Sellers, Buyers, or Visitors shall be resolved exclusively through binding arbitration.

Arbitration shall be conducted in the State of Texas in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association (AAA). The arbitration shall be conducted on an individual basis.

Users expressly waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit, class arbitration, or representative proceeding.

Judgment on the arbitration award may be entered in any court of competent jurisdiction within the State of Texas.

13. Limitation of Damages

To the fullest extent permitted under Texas law, the total liability of RR INNOVATIONS LLC for any claim arising out of or relating to the Platform shall not exceed the total amount paid by the user to RR INNOVATIONS LLC within the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

14. Governing Law & Venue

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Any legal action permitted outside arbitration shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Texas.

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use constitutes acceptance.

Sellers may upload images of their stores, facilities, or products that include third-party brand names, trademarks, logos, packaging, or copyrighted materials.

By submitting such content, the Seller represents and warrants that:

The appearance of third-party trademarks or branded products in listings does not imply affiliation, endorsement, sponsorship, or partnership between such brand owners and RR INNOVATIONS LLC.

Brand owners who believe their trademarks or intellectual property rights are being misused may submit a written notice including:
