Overview

RR INNOVATIONS LLC operates a business-to-business online directory and marketplace platform that allows suppliers to list their businesses, gain visibility, and connect with potential buyers.

This Refund & Cancellation Policy explains how payments, cancellations, expirations, and refunds are handled on the platform. By purchasing any membership plan or paid service, you agree to the terms outlined below.

1. Nature of Services

RR INNOVATIONS LLC provides digital marketplace services including business listing visibility, membership subscriptions, promotional placements, and verification review as part of listing approval.

All services are delivered digitally and are considered rendered once activated.

2. Service Activation

A service is considered activated when any of the following occurs:

2A. Membership Validity & Usage Limits

Membership plans and listing packages may be governed by time validity (e.g., monthly, yearly, fixed duration) and/or usage limits (e.g., number of listings, featured placements, or images allowed).

Unused time or unused feature allocations do not qualify for refunds, credits, or extensions.

Memberships automatically expire based on their defined validity period or usage limits.

3. No Refund Policy

All payments for memberships, listing plans, promotional upgrades, and related services are non-refundable once activated.

Refunds will not be issued due to lack of sales, leads, inquiries, traffic, business performance, or listing rejection resulting from inaccurate or incomplete information submitted by the Seller.

4. Free Trials & Promotional Memberships

The Platform may offer limited free trial or promotional memberships.

If a payment method is provided at sign-up, the user authorizes RR INNOVATIONS LLC to automatically charge the applicable membership fee at the end of the trial period unless canceled prior to the billing date.

Users are responsible for canceling before the renewal date if they do not wish to continue. Failure to cancel constitutes authorization for the charge.

Free trials are limited to one per business entity unless otherwise approved. Creation of multiple accounts to obtain repeated free access is prohibited and may result in suspension.

Upon expiration of a trial without upgrade, listings may be downgraded, hidden, or removed at the Platform’s discretion.

4A. 30-Day Free Trial Without Payment Method

The Platform currently offers a thirty (30) day free trial membership that allows Sellers to create and display a business listing without providing a payment method at sign-up.

No automatic charges will occur at the end of this 30-day trial period. A credit card is not required for trial activation.

Upon expiration of the 30-day trial period:

To continue receiving listing visibility and membership benefits, the Seller must manually upgrade to a paid plan.

Free trials are limited to one per business entity unless otherwise approved. Creation of multiple accounts to obtain repeated trial access is prohibited and may result in suspension or permanent restriction.

Expired trial listings may be permanently removed after a reasonable retention period.

RR INNOVATIONS LLC reserves the right to modify, discontinue, or introduce alternative trial structures in the future.

5. Subscription Cancellation

Users may cancel recurring subscriptions at any time prior to the next billing cycle.

Cancellation prevents future charges but does not entitle the user to a refund for the current billing period.

No prorated refunds will be issued for partial use of services.

Access to paid services will remain active until the end of the current billing period unless terminated for policy violations.

6. Downgrades & Plan Changes

Upgrades take effect immediately and may result in immediate additional charges.

Downgrades take effect at the next billing cycle. No credits or refunds will be issued for unused premium features.

7. Listing Rejection & Eligibility

Verification review is part of the listing approval process and does not guarantee approval.

If a Seller fails to meet eligibility standards or submits false, misleading, incomplete, or outdated documentation, the Platform may reject, suspend, or remove the listing.

Such action does not entitle the Seller to a refund if paid services have already been activated.

8. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting RR INNOVATIONS LLC may result in:

The Platform reserves the right to provide proof of service activation and user consent to payment processors in response to disputes.

9. Duplicate or Erroneous Charges

If a duplicate charge occurs due to a verified technical error, the duplicate amount may be refunded upon review.

10. Technical Failures

If a confirmed technical failure prevents activation of a paid service, RR INNOVATIONS LLC may issue a refund or service credit at its sole discretion.

11. Termination for Policy Violations

Accounts terminated due to violation of the Terms & Conditions are not eligible for refunds.

12. Policy Modifications

RR INNOVATIONS LLC reserves the right to modify this Refund & Cancellation Policy at any time. Continued use of paid services constitutes acceptance of any updates.
